Speaker Proposal

PROPOSAL DETAILS
1.) All qualified persons are encouraged to submit proposals. The Conference for Women and Events by Eye Candy, LLC does not discriminate against individuals in regard to age, color, disability, gender identity, family status, national or ethnic origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, veteran status, and family medical or genetic information.
2.) In your proposal please include the following:

Personal Information to include First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone, Bio Summary, LinkedIn Page, Social Media Links

Professional Information to include Company Name, Job Title, Company Website, Work Phone, City, State, and Profile Image

Session Title. State the proposed title of your presentation, session, or workshop. We reserve the right to suggest changes in the proposed session/s and to edit the session title if your proposal is accepted

Session Description. In eighty (80) words or less describe your proposed topic for your presentation, and specifically address the relevance of your proposed topic to our demographics

Session Type. Indicate the recommended/preferred amount of time that should be dedicated to this subject. Please note our time allows between 45-60 minutes.

Three (3) Learning Objectives for the proposed Presentation. Each objective should specifically indicate the results and outcomes you seek in terms of participants' knowledge, skills, and behavior, such as: “After participating in this workshop, participants will be able to…”

List of AV needs - All session rooms will be set in a classroom or theater configuration and equipped with internet access, a projector, screen, wireless clicker and presenters equipped with a wireless lavaliere microphone. Additional AV or room configuration needs must be noted in your proposal. We ask you bring your own laptop for connection to the projector

Demonstration of Presenter Ability. Provide evaluation results from a past presentation on the topic and a link or video attachment of you presenting that demonstrates your style and ability. Preferred videos will include content related to the proposed topic
3.) The selected Speakers will be subject to the following provisions:

Pro Bono Publico. Presenters selected must be willing to provide their services pro bono publico (without expectation of payment).
4.) Accepted Speakers can expect:

A wide range of exposure to senior level executives and CEOs.

Listing on our Conference website, program brochure, and social media.

Ability to participate in all Conference activities, including meals, at no charge on the day(s) of their presentation(s). Please note if you are bringing an assistant, they will receive a reduced rate of $45 for the all-day Conference.

Out of town speakers are guaranteed availability of one (1) room night for each selected speaker to stay on-site at Penn Harris hotel either the night before or the night after the session(s). Events by Eye Candy, LLC will cover the host of the room. Amenities are the responsibility of the speaker. Events by Eye Candy, LLC will gather arrival/departure dates and room information for selected speakers and will make the hotel reservations on your behalf.

Hot Breakfast Buffet the morning of the Conference and plated lunch with reserved seating.

You will be provided a table at in your session room and have the ability to sell any books you authored before and after your presentation.

Ability to place brochure, business cards, or swag in our swag bags.
