Kim is a founding member of the Cnesta Group, LLC a full-service executive search and consulting firm. She plays a dual role as a Search Consultant and as the Operations Manager for the firm. Kim brings over twenty-five years of experience in customer service, operations, human resources and recruiting. She has held various positions of progressive responsibilities in telecommunications, retail and financial services developing capabilities in both the business-to-business and direct consumer marketplace.

Kim plays a critical role performing research, sourcing and recruiting for niche roles for Cnesta clients. She also manages the database, website, banking relationships and finance for the organization. As a search consultant Kim is excellent at research and early identification of potential candidates for unique positions which possess the right skills and fit within client organizations. Her efforts will lead to faster results on otherwise difficult searches. Kim will work with Cnesta Group third party partners and customers to ensure the integrity, accuracy and trouble shoot any issues necessary to deliver optimum service to customers, partners and candidates.

Kevin's Bio:

Kevin is the founder and Managing Partner of the Cnesta Group, LLC a full service executive search and consulting firm. He brings over thirty years of global HR and Operations experience including ten years of retained search and consulting. Kevin has held senior and executive level positions in healthcare, technology, publishing, e-commerce, financial service and consulting for companies including the Einstein Group, RCA, General Electric, Reed Elsevier plc., the BISYS Group and CCI. He has played a lead role in the due diligence and integration of more than thirty acquisitions and several divestitures. Kevin’s career, while largely focused in global HR also includes leadership roles in manufacturing, customer service, fulfillment, and engineering and more recently in executive search and organizational development. Kevin was a co-owner of a retained search and executive transition firm and worked as a senior consultant for the Andre Group Inc. before launching the Cnesta Group in 2013.

Kevin has worked with entrepreneurs and private Boards of Directors for key executive hires including CEO, CFO and President among others as well as lead projects in executive compensation and succession. As a search consultant, he focuses primarily on critical roles in HR, Sales, Operations and Finance for Fortune 500, private and private equity backed companies. He is also actively involved in transition coaching and career development for multiple levels across several industries.

Kevin attended West Chester University for his undergraduate degree and pursued an MBA at Monmouth University, placing that on hold in favor of executive development courses through GE Crotonville. He is a member of Vistage Key Group. Kevin is happily married with four daughters and resides in Central Pennsylvania where he is active in the community and serves on several local boards.

Sharice's Bio:

Sharice Johnson is a coordinator of youth programs and a mentor at the Milton Hershey School, a non-profit residential school for underprivileged youth. She creates special programs centered on building character and leadership for hundreds of high school students. Passionate about female empowerment, Sharice created the Milton Hershey School’s first-ever all-girls’ conference called Girls Grace.  Because of her work creating and leading youth programs, Sharice was awarded the 2018 After School Champion Award of the Pennsylvania Statewide After School Youth Development Network (PSAYDN) and the American Association of University Women (Harrisburg Branch) 2019 Community Woman of the Year. Additionally, Sharice is recognized as a Central Penn Business Journal 2020 Women of Influence. Sharice is a collegiate Honor Society member of Phi Kappa Phi, with a Master of Science degree in Youth Development Leadership at Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Delaware State University.

Stacy Durbin is a Relationship Banker for Pennian Bank out of its West Shore office and is responsible for generating new financial relationships, focusing on nonprofits and small businesses. Stacy started her banking career as a Marketing Specialist, where she was responsible for coordinating and executing community and business development events. This is where she discovered her love for creating relationships within the banking industry and transferred into Relationship Banking.

Stacy has always had a passion for inspiring those around her, and it is very important for her to be engaged in the community. She enjoys being involved in programs related to positive impacts on women and future generations, such as volunteering weekly teaching women’s self-defense
and bully-proof techniques at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy she attends. She is also an active member of the Harrisburg Young Professionals Outreach Committee and is a recent graduate of
the Emerging Philanthropist program, a partnership between HYP and the Foundation for Enhancing Communities.

In addition to the Conference for Women, Stacy sits on the Board of Directors for the West Shore Foundation, as well as Autism in Classrooms as their Distribution Coordinator. Stacy has also recently established a nonprofit committee at Pennian Bank with the intention to discover
the essential needs and concerns of nonprofits and banking.
